2. Purpose

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to damage it, interfere with it or use it to break the law or harm others.

4. Intellectual property

The Maçoku name and logo, the website design, texts, report templates and software belong to Brújula SL or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution or public communication needs our written permission. Your rights in your own videos and reports are set out in the Terms.

5. Liability for content and links

We try to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Links to third-party sites (for example Paddle) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. If you see unlawful content linked from our site, tell us at efe@brujula.eu and we will act promptly (article 17, LSSI-CE).

6. Law and courts

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the competent courts are those of their place of residence; otherwise, the courts of Barcelona.
