Filming tips

Privacy and consent, in plain words

What if anyone under 18 appears in the footage?+

The form asks whether the footage includes anyone under 18. If you answer yes, you also confirm that you hold the parent and/or club consent needed. In every case you must have the right to share the video.

When is my video deleted?+

Videos are deleted no later than 7 days after download. Reports are kept 30 days after delivery.

Does the report show individual players?+

The Match Report is team level only. The Player Report follows one shirt number you give on the order: movement, running and walking, heatmap, involvement and actions for parents. No names are used and players are never rated; weak sections are marked as estimates. You provide your own footage.

When do I pay?+

You pay when you place the order, by secure card payment via Stripe. Prices include VAT: Turkish lira (TL) for Turkey, euros everywhere else. The seller is Brújula Empresarial SL.

What video do you accept?+

A link to the file on Google Drive or Dropbox, or a YouTube link. Social media links are not accepted, and there is no direct file upload. Tripod, whole pitch in view, no panning or zooming; if the camera pans or zooms, the pitch heatmap and distance are left out and the report is still delivered. Format: MP4 or MOV (H.264/H.265), 720p or higher recommended; lower quality is still accepted.

What if my video is unusable?+

no refund once the report has been delivered, provided you gave the immediate-start waiver at checkout (EU Directive 2011/83 art. 16(m)). If the report fails because of a system fault on our side, we re-run it at no extra cost. This does not limit a full refund if you cancel before delivery, if the waiver was not given, or your remedies if the report does not conform (Terms 9.1; Refunds page section 3). Where is my data?+

The video is processed on our own system. Only anonymised numbers go to xAI (Grok) and OpenAI, both US providers, on paid tiers with no training on our data.

  • I have read the video requirements. I understand report quality depends on my footage, the report is an AI estimate and results are not guaranteed.
  • 1. Age. I am at least 18 years old.
  • 2. Rights to the video. I filmed this video myself, or the person or organisation that owns it (for example the club, league or the person who filmed it) has allowed me to share it with Maçoku for analysis. Sharing it does not breach any law, contract or the terms of the platform where it is stored.
  • 3. People in the video. The match was played in a setting where filming was known or announced to the people taking part (for example by the club, the organiser or the competition rules). The video shows only the match and its normal surroundings, with no changing rooms, toilets, medical treatment or other private moments.
  • 4. Players under 18 (required if minors appear). For the minors shown in this video, I have either the consent of their parents or legal guardians, or the authorisation of the club or organiser responsible for the team to record the match and have it analysed by services such as Maçoku. I can show this permission if asked.
  • 5. Terms and privacy. I accept the Terms of Service and have read the Privacy Policy, including that the video is deleted within 7 days and that reports are team-level only.
  • 6. Start of the service. I ask Maçoku to analyse my video as soon as capacity is available. I understand that I can cancel with a full refund at any time until my report is delivered, and that I lose my right of withdrawal once the report has been fully delivered.
  • I ask Maçoku to start my report immediately and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the report has been delivered. Before delivery I can cancel for a full refund. If the report fails because of a system fault on Maçoku's side, it is re-run at no extra cost.
