Uploader Declaration (rights and consent)
Shown on the order page before payment. Each box is separate, unticked by default, and required unless marked conditional. We store which boxes were ticked, the version of this text, the date and time, and the order ID.

B. Checkbox text
☐ 1. Age. I am at least 18 years old.
☐ 2. Rights to the video. I filmed this video myself, or the person or organisation that owns it (for example the club, league or the person who filmed it) has allowed me to share it with Maçoku for analysis. Sharing it does not breach any law, contract or the terms of the platform where it is stored.
☐ 3. People in the video. The match was played in a setting where filming was known or announced to the people taking part (for example by the club, the organiser or the competition rules). The video shows only the match and its normal surroundings, with no changing rooms, toilets, medical treatment or other private moments.
☐ 4. Players under 18 (required if minors appear). For the minors shown in this video, I have either the consent of their parents or legal guardians, or the authorisation of the club or organiser responsible for the team to record the match and have it analysed by services such as Maçoku. I can show this permission if asked.
☐ 5. Terms and privacy. I accept the Terms of Service and have read the Privacy Policy, including that the video is deleted within 7 days and that reports are team-level only.
☐ 6. Start of the service. I ask Maçoku to analyse my video as soon as capacity is available. I understand that I can cancel with a full refund at any time until my report is delivered, and that I lose my right of withdrawal once the report has been fully delivered.
C. Full declaration (linked from the boxes)
By ticking the boxes above, I declare that:
1. The information I give is true. I am responsible for it.
2. I have the rights described in box 2 and will keep the video link accessible until my report is delivered.
3. To my knowledge, nobody shown in the video has objected to its recording or analysis. If I learn of an objection before my report is delivered, I will tell Maçoku at efe@brujula.eu.
4. Where minors appear, the permission in box 4 exists now, not only later, and it covers the analysis of the match by an external service.
5. I will use the report only for personal, team or club purposes, and not to single out, rank or monitor any individual.
6. I understand that Brújula SL may refuse or stop an analysis, delete the video and cancel the order with a refund if it reasonably believes this declaration is untrue, and that any person shown in the video can ask for its deletion.
7. If my declaration is untrue and this causes damage to Brújula SL or to others, I may be responsible under the law.
D. Short notice next to the boxes
Brújula SL analyses your video to create a team-level report, deletes the video within 7 days and keeps the report for 30 days. Only anonymised numbers are sent to AI providers. Rights and contact: efe@brujula.eu. More in the Privacy Policy.
